In Paddlefit Bootcamp, we use high intensity interval training coupled with body weight moves on the board to challenge your body from every possible angle. It's a fat burning, skin bronzing good time.
Modifications are given for everything. Come as you are - beginner, intermediate or advanced - we'll meet you where you're at and help you get stronger.
