Whether you are on our racing team, or just looking for an awesome alternative way to stay in shape, SUP'ing is a calorie blaster. If you have your own board, we would love to have you. (Note: Prior SUP'ing and a Skills Class is Required).

Race Practice starts at 6:30 prompt. Depending on how far you are going that day, or the drill, you should be back more or less around 7:30-7:45am, except for those putting in extra miles.
